Human
Needs
Are basic fundamental human needs being being overlooked leading to stress and imbalance within your team?
This EHC Workshop will help you and your team understand our needs as human beings and assess where we are meeting or not meeting those needs. By examining your workplace through the lens of human needs, you’ll gain insights into where stress and imbalance may be originating, allowing you to make meaningful changes that support a healthier, more productive workforce.
Morning Routines and the
5-Minute Strategy
Finding balance and structure is important for both personal well-being and workplace productivity.
In this Morning Routines and the 5-Minute Strategy, you’ll learn how our current nighttime and morning patterns disrupt our hormone balance and psychological state. We’ll discuss our routines, and each person will come away with a strategy for how to create more structure and circadian rhythm balance through a morning routine.
Additionally, we’ll introduce the 5-Minute Strategy, a simple yet powerful way to create a micro-structure in the middle of a chaotic day. By the end of the workshop, each person will leave with personalized strategies to implement these practices and foster a more balanced, focused day.
The Truth
Cycle
Understanding the core beliefs that shape our actions and decisions is key to personal growth and effective leadership.
This foundational lesson will allow each individual to understand how we developed into who we are and identify the underlying truths that dictate our conscious and unconscious behavior. By the end of the session, you’ll have identified your own set of truths, which can be explored further in private mentorship sessions or discussed within the group, depending on your comfort level.
Our Origin
Story
Our personal and professional identities are shaped by our unique experiences and the stories we tell ourselves.
Building on the Truth Cycle lesson, we’ll explore how we became who we are as well as the lessons learned through life events. By reflecting on these experiences and the lessons they’ve taught, you’ll start the empowering process of owning your past to love your future.
The Framework
for Joy
It’s easy to fall into the trap of constantly chasing the next goal without ever feeling truly satisfied. That stops now.
In The Framework for Joy workshop, you will understand the difference between expectations and standards. We’ll have an open discussion on how this framework can be used as a team and individually to create excellent outcomes in all areas of business and life while preserving gratitude and fulfillment.
This approach helps move away from the mindset of “never good enough” and “now what?” toward a more joyful, balanced way of working and living.
Habit Making
and Breaking
Habits are powerful drivers of behavior, both in our personal lives and in the workplace. But we need to use this power effectivly to understand how habits are formed and how they can be changed.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how habits work in the human nervous system functionally along with how habits are created and stopped. Each participant will then make a list of current habits both in personal and work life that are working and not working for them. Together, we’ll come up with a strategy for each individual that reinforces positive habits and break those that hold you back, all based on a proven framework.
The Visualization
Workshop
This superpower of the human mind allows for us to build confidence without evidence, so we can believe we can produce a change that hasn’t happened yet.
In this workshop, we will examine what the research indicates about visualization and do a live guided visualization together to implement what you have learned. Each participant will come away with a visualization format to work through challenging situations that may come up in day-to-day life, both professionally and personally.
Dealing with Unsupportive
Friends and Family
A common way in which home life affects work life relates to friends and family who may not be supportive of our efforts to grow and improve.
In this workshop, we’ll discuss approaches to better understand and communicate with the people in our life, and how you can intentionally adjust your approach to foster more supportive interactions. This workshop aims to give you tools to create the best possible outcomes for both your personal and professional relationships.
Feed your brain
Right
Our busy lives often lead to hasty eating habits and poor nutritional choices. Understanding how to nourish our minds and bodies is essential for emotional well-being.
In this overview of nutrition for emotional health, we’ll discuss principles to reframe our relationship with food, paradigms in nutrition, and our approach to eating to feel better. For those interested, this foundational overview can be expanded into multiple sessions to go deeper into each aspect of nutrition and its impact on emotional wellness.
How to Give
Ourselves Credit
Recognizing and celebrating our own achievements can often be one of the hardest things to do, especially when we’re driven by high standards or self-doubt.
In this workshop, we’ll review our truth systems as a vehicle to understand why it might be hard to give ourselves credit. Through collaborative exercises, you’ll have the opportunity to reframe your relationship with your own abilities and achievements, learning to acknowledge and appreciate your successes more fully.
Emotionally healthy employees tend to be happy employees…and happy employees take action on things that matter—both at home and at work.
Additional workshops are developed and offered for Emotionally Healthy Companies based on specific team needs and requests.
